I'm linking to Soulemama for a Friday ritual. A single photo - no words - capturing a moment from the week. A simple, special, extraordinary moment. A moment I want to pause, savour and remember.
I had the opportunity to help our neighbors extract their first honey a few weeks ago. I learned so much, and it was really delicious. Lucky you...how good it will be on warm bread when the winter winds blow! -Mary
The sweet taste of Honey, I love our local Orange Blossom honey that I buy it at the farm market. It can't be sold at the food store because its unpasteurized.. just the way I like. hugs, Pam

I saw this done on an episode of Martha Stewart a number of years ago... How much did you "harvest"?
