The Last of Summer

The last of Summer is Delight
deterred by Retrospect.
'Tis Ecstacy's revealed Review
Enchantment's Syndicate
To meet it - nameless as it is
Without celestial Mail
Audacious as without a Knock
To walk within the Veil.

Emily Dickinson

I am enjoying this in between time,
fully amazed at how much more I see,
when there is a camera strapped around my neck.

  7. I love all of these captures. It's kind of hard to believe that summer is coming to a close and our opportunities for new blooms is dwindling.

  8. It's hard to believe we're down to the last week... but after the last few weeks of hot (for us) weather, I'm ready to embrace autumn... sweaters, soup, pumpkins, fog in the morning, wood smoke in the air and fabulous local apple cider!
