{this moment} - calm

I'm linking to Soulemama for a Friday ritual. A single photo - no words - capturing a moment from the week. A simple, special, extraordinary moment. A moment I want to pause, savour and remember.

What a beautiful picture! It could easily be in a magazine!

Our moment this week comes from a family gathering where my brother really got into what his nieces (my daughters) were doing!

Have a great weekend!

The cat looks like she is wondering what you are doing interrupting her quiet, peaceful time. Great photo!

This definitely speaks "calm" to me. Peaceful and content come to mind too. It just looks like a space I want to be in.

I found your blog via Amy over at Homestead Revival. I LOVED the photo she had posted, which she borrowed from you. I LOVE vintage anything...including photos...and I'm always trying to make my photos look more vintage..not much success so far. At least my photos are pretty, though :) :) If you don't mind, how do you get your photos to look like that? I really want to learn :) :)

Your blog is really cute :) :) plus the photo of that sweet little kitty :) :) I love cats :) :) Have a great Sunday. Love and hugs from Oregon, Heather :)
