On Saturday mornings, I'm usually in French class, all tongue-tied as I try to spit out all of those different verb tenses on the tip of my tongue. I did, however, manage to sneak in at the end of one lesson to watch how the male twin has progressed after a few months of riding lessons. The female twin, although a little more timid, is coming along just as well.
Riding lessons, being comfortable around lots of big horses and a goat, and finding their way around in the horse barn are great 'country life' exercises for the twins.
Be well friends!

I am so impressed! I love that little video, and thank you for sharing. If only I could find another chunk of time somewhere (or didn't have a job.. ha), I would own a riding horse or mule. And I would certainly need lessons - it's been a long time! What wonderful progress the twins have made - tell them to keep up the great work! -Tammy
That's awesome! When do you think is a good age to start horseback riding? Bug wants to start but she's only 3 1/2. Is that too young?
How awesome for your kids! I always love teaching kids about horses and riding.
When I was in school, I headed to the riding barn each day. Great memories.
Love the video. They should be very proud of themselves!! (and you, too :)
