Being summer holidays and all, the kids decided they wanted to shake things up a bit. They asked for cream soda floats to go along with our Friday night movie and they went fast...
We've watched a lot of horse themed movies over the last few months. The kids have been on a horse kick since we moved to the old farmhouse. A passion which went into full gear when they started riding this spring. This weeks choice was Misty, based on the novel Misty of Chincoteague by Marguerite Henry. Two orphaned children, save to buy their own pony by helping to 'gentle' the foals their grandfather sells.

Back to our Friday night party, the Glimmer twins partied like it was 1999.

I love the last line about Mick and keith! Too funny.
Now, wasn't there something about a wedding...

Misha...I haven't forgotten about your request! I'm hoping for a little tidbit tomorrow; I just need my husband's artistic assistance!
What a fun thing to have a Friday movie night! The floats looked delicious. Little cuties on the couch. :o)
